I can put them on in about the time it takes me to put on a regular pair of running socks. I haven't raced in them yet but I've practiced with my KSO's and I can get them on slightly faster than a pair of running socks and shoes. Even though I'm racing in the Sprints, I take KSO's to races as well in case run looks like it may be sandy in which case i'd wear them.
